Attendance at Director’s Loan Committee meetings to present Loan Review reports if requested by Department Head

Maintaining a complete independence from all areas of the bank involving loans. The Loan Review Department will be a division of the Audit Department and thereby will be independent from loan officers, executive management, and all areas of the bank. This does not preclude providing guidance or answering questions from loan officers or other associates involved in the loan area of the bank.
