We use the information we collect from you to administer your accounts, comply with various state and federal banking regulations, and to provide you with useful products and services.

 Your decision to opt out does not preclude us from sharing collected information with nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law, such as in response to government requests for information.

 We may also share information collected about you with companies that perform marketing or other services on our behalf or with other financial institutions that have joint marketing agreements with us.

THE INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

The bank and its affiliates (“we”) may disclose all the information we collect about you (subject to applicable law), as described in the section Information We Collect.  We may disclose this information whether you are a current customer or a former customer.

We may share with each other “transaction and experience” information, as long as such information sharing procedures are disclosed to you.  We may also share with each other all other non-public personal information collected about you, subject to your right to opt out.

 The bank and its affiliates may use the information we collect about you to send marketing solicitations to you, subject to your right to opt out.

 The bank and its affiliates may share the information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, subject to your right to opt out.  This information may include:

• Information provided by you on loan and deposit account applications or other forms.
• Information collected from your transactions with the bank and its affiliates.
• Information received by the bank and its affiliates from your transactions with nonaffiliated third parties. 
• Information received by the bank and its affiliates from other sources such as consumer reporting agencies.

OPT OUT PROCEDURES

As stated above, you have the right to opt out of the sharing of certain information, including:

• Sharing of your credit eligibility information between the bank and its affiliates.
• Sharing of your credit eligibility information, or “transactions and experience” information, between the bank and its affiliates, for use in marketing products and services to you.
• Sharing of non-public personal information about you with nonaffiliated third parties (other than as permitted by law).

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, in compliance with federal standards, to protect your nonpublic personal information.  Our employees, officers, and directors are prohibited from accessing this information, except to service your accounts, provide requested services to you, or to fulfill a related job responsibility.

OTHER INFORMATION

• For jointly held accounts, an opt out by one account owner will apply to all owners of that account.
• Your decision to opt-out will remain in effect until it is revoked by you in writing.

FORMER CUSTOMERS

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
