2. Question: What are the new features of Bill Pay?
Answer: You can categorize your payments to see how much you spend on utilities, credit cards, and more.
You only have a single logon to see your accounts and pay your bills. Express Payments allow you
to pay immediately for a fee. You can setup E-Bill and never have to worry about loosing a paper bill
or missing a payment again.
3. Question: As a business or organization, how do we benefit from Online Banking?
Answer: We can give you the capability to manage your own users in your company or we can manage that for
you. You can give no access, view only or transfer capabilities for each account that you have.
4. Question: Can I send a Secure Message to the bank about my accounts with Online Banking?
Answer: Yes, we have the capability to send us a confidential message through our Internet
Banking. (You should never send a message to us using regular email with
confidential information) To send a message, click on Messages on the menu and then click
on the New Message menu item. You will know that your message has been answered when
you logon. It will say that you have messages on the first page after logging in.
5. Question: Why do I get asked to register my computer when I first logon?
Answer: If you were logging in from your own personal computer, you would want to register it.
If you were on a public computer, you would not register it. This is for security purposes
because in order for somebody to get into you accounts, they would need to know both
your password and the answers to your security questions. If you register the computer,
you will not be asked for the security questions again. This would allow somebody to just
have the password to gain access to your accounts.

Bill Pay Questions
Bill Pay allows you to pay all of your bills through one interface. This helps you organize your bills so that you don't forget to pay one. You have the ability to pay your bills manually or schedule them. If the bill is not the same every month, you will need to set it up manually every month or subscribe to E-Bill for that payee and do an autopayment. We offer the first 90 days free and $4.95 for every month thereafter for unlimited transactions.
1. Question: How does E-Bill work?
Answer: E-Bill (Electronic Bill) is setup first by going to the payee's website and signing up to access your
accounts online. Then when you add that payee in our Bill Pay you will see an option on the Payee
list screen which allows you to enroll in E-Bill for that payee. Then every time a bill is produced by
that payee you will get an image of the bill in your Inbox and it will tell you how much and when it is
due.
2. Question: How do I tell if a payee is being sent electronically or by check?
Answer: When you make a payment you will see the list of payees and the dates you can pay them. The first way to tell
is based on the number of days until you can pay them. If it is 2 days then it is electronic. If it is 4-6 days then it
will go by check. Once you make the payment, you will see it in your outbox and it will say E-Pay or it will have
a check number.
3. Question: Is there a list of Payees I can use?
Answer: There is a list of most commonly used Payees. However, this is not all of the payee's that can be paid
electronically. When you add the payee it will determine if the company accepts electronic payments.
4. Question: Can I pay from two different checking accounts?
Answer: It is possible to pay from two different Mifflinburg Bank accounts. If you have two bank accounts with us, you
are now able to pay from one account while you get the fee taken from a different one.
5. Question: Where do I signup for Bill Pay?
Answer: We use the same online form to signup for Bill Pay as well as Online Banking. If you already signed up for
Online Banking you can fill the form out again and check the box for Bill Pay and we will enroll you. Otherwise,
just signup for both all at once if you are not currently using Online Banking.
